Heather Easter, MSW, LCSW, ADS

Welcome!

I’m Heather and I have been on this healing journey, both personally and professionally, for 22 years now. What I have discovered over the years is that the brain and body have all that it needs within each of us to heal, and my job is to work together with you to create a safe space within the session and within your own body and nervous system to make that healing accessible and possible.

While I do have an eclectic approach to my work, offering both more traditional talk therapy modalities and some that are more energetic and intuitive, I have more recently shifted my focus to specialize in working with nervous system regulation and deeper, subcortical emotional processing through the various mind-body modalities that I offer. My approach is holistic and strengths-based, integrating techniques such as Brainspotting, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Polyvagal informed processing, and the Safe + Sound Protocol. I also incorporate acupuncture detoxification (Acudetox/Acuwellness) and Neurofeedback to support healing on a deeper, physiological level.

I believe that therapy is a collaborative process, and I am passionate about helping you increase your self-awareness and resilience. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, life transitions, or simply seeking greater balance and insight, I am here to support you in reconnecting with yourself in a way that fosters deep and lasting healing.

I invite you to reach out so we can explore how we can work together toward your goals.
